Nursing Service Management 80-100% - Spitex
Your Tasks
- You take over the professional and personnel management of our Spitex nursing team with about 40 employees.
- You are responsible for care planning and needs assessments on site to ensure the best possible care.
- You conduct professional supervision of employees directly with customers and are available as a contact person for customers, authorities, and referrers.
- You ensure correct service recording and promote the professional development of your team through coaching and instruction.
- You work both in the office and directly with customers and are involved on site during Spitex assignments.
- You pay attention to economic efficiency and ensure that the Spitex area is optimally organized.
- You actively contribute to the further development of care quality and the location and promote internal and external networks for strong, professional collaboration.
What You Bring
- Completed tertiary education as a nursing professional HF/FH
- Knowledge and experience in leadership with targeted team development
- Experience in Spitex or outpatient care or great interest in this area
- Solid RAI/interRAI HomeCare knowledge (InterRAI-HC training is an advantage)
- Confident handling of digital work tools, ideally including Perigon
- Independent, pragmatic decision-making ability as well as quality- and responsibility-conscious working style
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with high adaptability
- High social and communicative competence in respectful and solution-oriented interaction with customers, authorities, referrers, and employees
- Dynamic leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, and positive charisma
- Resilient, organizationally skilled, and reflective working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, including Swiss German dialect
- Resident in the region and driving license category B
