Project Developer Real Estate & Building Law 50–100 %

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded individual who quickly assesses plots and properties for their development potential and develops economically interesting real estate projects from them.

Your Tasks

• Assess plots and properties for development potential
• Analyse building and zoning regulations as well as building law requirements
• Create feasibility and volume studies
• Optimise living space, utilisation, apartment mix and parking
• Develop preliminary projects and floor plans
• Prepare building applications and accompany approval procedures
• Conduct clarifications with municipalities and specialist offices
• Coordinate specialist planners
• Present investment opportunities directly to management
• Assess rough profitability and project potential
• Additionally process building applications and approvals for pool, swim spa and wellness projects

Your Profile

• Education in architecture, structural engineering, planning or comparable
• Very good knowledge of Swiss building law
• Experience with preliminary projects and building applications
• Confident use of CAD/BIM
• Ability to quickly and economically assess plots
• Independent, pragmatic and entrepreneurial working style
