We are looking for a Junior Industrial Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for design, technical curiosity, and a desire to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full Time position
Reporting to: Senior Industrial Designer
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or related fields
Languages: Fluent English oral & written. German represents a plus.
Personal traits: We are looking for someone with a structured and disciplined approach to work, coupled with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive in tackling challenges independently, and capable of managing their responsibilities with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires adaptability to shifting priorities, the ability to stay organized, and a collaborative spirit to contribute effectively within a small, fast-paced Design team.
Other requirements: Only Swiss residency will be considered
Key Requirements:
- Highly skilled in 3D CAD applications (SolidWorks)
- Experienced in continuous CAD surfacing theory.
- Knowledge of other modelling software (Rhino, Blender, etc...)
- Knowledge in 2D design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc)
- Experienced in rendering software (Keyshot)
- Ability to create prototypes with rapid prototyping tools
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies: FDM, SLA, MultiJet/PolyJet, and SLS
- Understanding of traditional manufacturing processes (molding, machining, composite materials, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and technical accuracy.
- Team player attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn
- Basic skills in UX/UI and design thinking processes (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Figma for prototyping and digital interface support (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in full design process from initial design concept through to final product launch.
- Support the team in product and component design, from concept to prototype
- Create sketches, 3D models, and high-quality renderings
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to turn concepts into feasible solutions
- Contribute to research on materials, design trends, and innovation
- Prepare presentations and technical documentation for projects and clients
- Take ownership of projects and capability of working without close supervision
