What to expect

• Personnel and professional leadership of your approximately six employees as well as active participation (approx. 15-20%) in case processing of benefit cases in the area of accident insurance and medical expenses according to UVG
• Building, developing and promoting a newly created team as well as ensuring efficient, timely and high-quality case processing
• Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as the legal department, specialist management, BVM, CM or consulting doctors
• Maintaining and further developing sustainable customer relationships through personal and virtual coordination with corporate clients

What you bring

• Commercial or paramedical basic training as well as several years of professional experience in UVG benefit management with sound expertise in accident insurance
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar position with great enthusiasm for the development and promotion of employees as well as people management topics
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English
• High personal responsibility, can-do mentality, independence as well as a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance and the ability to inspire employees and achieve success together
