Your Tasks

Responsible for all customer support via phone and email
Timely response, resolution of customer inquiries and technical disruptions
Recording of customer orders
Conducting correspondence with customers, technicians, and dispatchers
Technical monitoring "Surveillance" support for various deposit and withdrawal machines

Your Profile

Commercial or technical basic training
Good PC skills in MS Office products
Good language skills in German and French, Italian is an advantage
Very quick comprehension
Affinity for numbers
Resilient
Structured and efficient
Willingness for telephone on-call duty (07:00h-22:00h)
