Would you like to become part of an independent Swiss private bank and work in a personal as well as professional environment? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Risk Manager (100%).

YOUR TASKS

• Contributing to the further development of the Risk Management Framework
• Maintaining and developing the bank's internal Control Framework
• Designing, implementing and conducting Risk Management controls
• Maintaining the internal control database
• Preparing regular risk and control reports for management and the board of directors
• Coordinating requests from internal and external audit
• Monitoring the implementation of audit measures and following up on audit findings
• Responsibility for maintaining the directive system and ensuring the currency of internal policies and directives
• Incident management
• Conducting regular risk assessments with subsequent reporting to management
• Participating in projects to implement regulatory changes and improve process efficiency

PROFILE

• Professional experience in risk management at a bank, ideally with a focus on operational risks
• Proven expertise in risk and control frameworks with a focus on risk taxonomies, risk assessments and risk reporting
• Experience dealing with internal and external audit
• Resilient personality with a pronounced "can-do" attitude and solid organisational and operational skills
• Independent, efficient, precise and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex content in a structured, understandable and convincing manner for different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
