Exciting tasks await:
- Participation in the processing and decision-making on appeals against first-instance decisions in the field of civil law
- Drafting of judgements
- Participation in judgement consultations
- Final editing of judgements
The activity involves assessing complex legal, factual and evidential issues at a high level. Your work will have both substantive and formal influence on the appearance of the consistently published High Court practice.
What you bring:
- Completed law degree (lic. iur. / MLaw), preferably with a lawyer's licence
- Professional experience in the judiciary, legal practice or administration
- Independent, efficient and precise working style
- Good oral and written expression
- High level of commitment
- Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
