• Personnel and professional leadership of the HR consulting team at the Bürgerspital Solothurn location (5 people)
• Competent HR consulting and supportive guidance of managers
• Active participation and representation of the HRM Directorate in leadership and specialist committees at the location
• Ensuring the professional handling of all HRM topics at the location
• Assistance in the operational and strategic development of the HRM Directorate as well as participation in HR projects

What you bring with you

• University degree (Uni/FH) with further education in HRM at MAS level or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in HR consulting including leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or a public-law environment
• Trust-building manner with high integrity and empathy as well as a partnership-based, solution-oriented attitude
• Strong service orientation as well as an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
• Communicative, engaging and humorous personality
