Human Resources / IT Project Manager 80 - 100%
At the General Secretariat of the Education Directorate, we are looking for an HR/IT Project Manager with a workload of 80%-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your Area of Responsibility
You actively shape the digital transformation of our HR system landscape and take on a central role in the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors. As a project manager for the Education Directorate, you accompany the introduction and further development of the system and provide advisory and supportive assistance to the HR staff.
In your staff position, you report directly to the co-head of HR Services (HRS). In addition to the introduction and further development of the new HR system landscape, you support the HRS team and the department in other HR projects. You actively contribute to the further development and standardisation of HR processes, manage the personnel homepage, and handle incoming tickets in ServiceNow. You resolve enquiries independently or coordinate their forwarding to the responsible departments.
Depending on the task, you take responsibility for projects and subprojects or support their implementation. You maintain an overview, coordinate the various activities, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved early and appropriately. As a competent contact person, you handle internal and external enquiries, present results, and moderate meetings and workshops. Furthermore, you develop concepts and contribute your expertise to internal departmental issues and assignments.
Your Profile
For this versatile role, we are looking for a committed individual with experience at the interface between IT and HR. You have already worked with SAP SuccessFactors or accompanied a corresponding introduction and have training in project management. Experience in public administration is a prerequisite.
You enjoy communicating and possess strong interpersonal skills. At the same time, you are characterised by implementation strength and assertiveness. With your enthusiastic, proactive, and committed manner, you succeed in engaging others in new topics and actively shaping change.
A pronounced service and customer orientation is natural for you. You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility, and approach changes openly, flexibly, and solution-oriented. In addition, you have strong conceptual and analytical skills and understand how to grasp complex contexts, develop innovative ideas, and successfully implement them in practice together with others.
Our Offer
We offer you a varied and responsible role in a dynamic environment. You will have freedom for your own ideas and the opportunity to effectively contribute your expertise and actively shape the further development of our HR system landscape.
You will become part of a committed team where mutual support and good collaboration are highly valued. Flexible working hours, modern infrastructure, and attractive employment conditions complete our offer.
Your workplace is located directly at Zurich main station. For further information about the position, please contact Tanja McLaren, future co-head of HRS, tanja.mclaren@bi.zh.ch (availability: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
