To complement our team at our General Agency Basel and to provide our customers with high-quality services, we are looking for you as a new customer support employee in the private and corporate customer business area.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Creating quotes in all sectors
• Opening claims and handling minor damages
• Active collaboration with our field staff
• Close cooperation with our brokers
• Customer support by phone and at the counter

This is what sets you apart:

• Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VBV certification
• In-depth insurance knowledge in private and occupational pension schemes as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) High customer orientation with a structured and efficient working style
• Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• In-depth insurance knowledge
