Your Mission

Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions – Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting,

and cross-functional collaboration

Reliability and Risk Analysis – Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies

Supplier and Process Quality – Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement

continuous improvement initiatives

Product Development & Compliance – Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to

quality standards

Training & Knowledge Sharing – Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies

Your Profil

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field
• An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards
• Strong command of Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English
