As the first real estate service provider, we offer owners and tenants in the commercial real estate sector a comprehensive service package: from centre and mixed-use site management to commercial property management, CREM, special properties and administrative management to the enhancement, marketing and strategic further development of commercially used properties.

This is what you will achieve:

• You bear overall responsibility for a demanding portfolio of mixed-use sites, shopping centres, retail and commercially used properties in the Zurich, Eastern Switzerland and Ticino regions
• You lead and develop the subordinate Real Estate Area Directors and promote a high-performance, customer-oriented organisation
• Together with owners and your team, you develop strategies for the positioning and further development of the locations and ensure their economic success
• You maintain sustainable relationships with owners, tenants and other stakeholders and represent Wincasa professionally in the market
• You lead complex projects such as mandate acquisitions, repositionings or revitalisations and ensure their successful implementation
• You are responsible for budget, forecast and relevant key figures and derive optimisation measures for your portfolio
• You work cross-departmentally with the specialist departments and ensure compliance with our quality standards
• You identify market potentials, acquire new mandates and actively drive the further development of our business area

That is why you succeed:

• You have a university degree or a comparable qualification with appropriate further training as well as several years of leadership experience in a comparable function
• You bring sound experience in the real estate, retail, hospitality and marketing environment and understand the requirements of complex commercial properties
• You are very well networked in the real estate industry and know the needs of the owner side
• You convince with your entrepreneurial thinking as well as your pronounced customer and service orientation
• As an experienced leader, you know how to develop, motivate employees and successfully accompany change
• You communicate confidently, appear poised and have strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Analytical thinking, a flair for numbers and a structured way of working characterise you as much as your high level of initiative
• You have business fluent German and English skills. French skills are an advantage
