What you can contribute

• Handle customs criminal files mainly in French
• Draft criminal decisions, charges and referrals to the cantonal public prosecutors as well as statements to the federal courts
• Represent the FOCS in charge cases before cantonal criminal courts
• Conduct internal training and further education

• University degree in law with several years of professional experience in criminal prosecution
• Analytical and precise working style as well as excellent written and oral expression
• Responsible, assertive and with a strong sense of justice
• Good knowledge of a second official language
