As department head, you take responsibility for a versatile ward of the Cardiology Clinic with 26 beds at the University Hospital Zurich. Here you will encounter a demanding and varied patient spectrum - from complex cardiological diseases to acute clinical pictures to patients with advanced heart failure and LVAD systems.
The Cardiology Clinic is a nationally and internationally leading centre for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The entire spectrum of modern cardiology is represented - including interventional cardiology, structural heart interventions, rhythmology.

You can make a difference with us!
- You lead and empower a dedicated team of around 30 nursing staff and ensure high-quality nursing care
- You further develop processes in the Shared Governance Team and maintain close cooperation with the clinic for continuous improvement of patient care
- Through your proactive and cooperative manner, you also promote interface collaboration to ensure smooth processes
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, have experience in acute care and several years of leadership experience; leadership training at MAS level is an advantage
- You convince with organisational talent, joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
- You identify with the values of the USZ and live a leadership culture characterised by respect, trust, appreciation and reliability
