Role:
- Analysis of customer requirements including development and implementation of concepts with our customers in the ABACUS software
- Introduction and support of applications as well as responsibility for project implementation
- Parameterisation of the software and conducting training sessions at the customer site
- New customer acquisition, delivering presentations, and participating in customer events/exhibitions
- Further development of products within the specialist groups
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial/business administration training with experience in project management or process management
- Ideally, you already have several years of ERP consulting experience and knowledge of the ABACUS accounting applications (FIBU, DEBI, KREDI, INVE, EB)
- Quick comprehension and a good understanding of customer-specific processes (ERP)
- High service and solution orientation, team player, resilience, and willingness to travel
- Differentiated communication skills in German and preferably in English and French
