About the job
As a Payroll & HR Administrator, you are the central contact person for the entire payroll processing within the von Rotz Group. You are responsible for the entire payroll accounting from A to Z for around 230 employees, ensure the correct handling of all payroll processes, and act as a contact person for employees, social insurance institutions, and authorities on all payroll-related matters.

Payroll & HR Administrator 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Independent handling of payroll processing from A to Z for around 230 employees (monthly, hourly, and piecework wages)
- Execution of monthly payroll runs including entries and exits, changes, and special payments (e.g. commissions, overtime, expenses)
- Ensuring the correct posting of wages in the financial accounting and reconciliation between payroll and financial accounting
- Independent handling of all notifications and correspondence with social insurance institutions, authorities, and offices (AHV, BVG, EO, withholding tax, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance, etc.)
- Responsibility for year-end payroll tasks (salary certificates, annual reports, and reconciliations)
- Monitoring of long-term absences and checking of social insurance benefit statements
- Participation in audits in the area of social insurance and payroll
- Charging of personnel transfers within the corporate group
- Contact person for employees and supervisors regarding questions about wages and social insurance
- Deputising for the HR manager and supporting the entire personnel administration (entries, exits, changes, contracts, references, correspondence, etc.)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
- Further training as a personnel administrator, ideally complemented by further training as an accounting administrator
- Professional experience in independent payroll processing from A to Z
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the payroll system Dialogik
- Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as high discretion
- Enjoyment of a varied role and interest in further developing yourself in the HR generalist area
