In order to strengthen its department, my client, a company from my network, is looking for its next Technical and Commercial Manager - Blinds 100% for the beginning of 2027
Technical and Commercial Manager - Blinds 100%
- Federal VET Diploma as a Blindmaker, Carpenter, Metal Locksmith or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the field of blinds, sun protection or building closures.
- Strong skills in taking measurements, site management and customer follow-up.
- Excellent technical knowledge of sun protection products.
- Developed commercial sense and ease in interpersonal contacts.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigour and autonomy.
- Good administrative knowledge and proficiency in common IT tools.
- Proactive, organised and solution-oriented personality.
- Take measurements and technical surveys with customers.
- Support and assist installation teams on technical and organisational aspects.
- Develop and retain a client portfolio composed of architects, developers, property managers and private individuals.
- Prepare offers, ensure follow-up of orders, deposits, invoicing and quotations.
- Organise and coordinate the planning of sites and interventions.
- Ensure material orders and supply follow-up.
- Guarantee the quality of work as well as compliance with safety standards.
- Actively participate in continuous process improvement and company development.
