Introduction

Bonatura AG produces enjoyable fresh fruit convenience products in compliance with high quality, hygiene, and safety standards and operates modern and efficient frozen storage facilities.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a committed Sales Administrator Internal Sales (80% with daily engagement) or job sharing at 50% each, who passionately supports our customers and assists internal processes.

Tasks

• Support and advise our customers in internal sales
• Assist the Head of Sales and Marketing in the sales area
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
• Order processing from entry to delivery
• Handle goods returns and complaints with quality assurance
• Close cooperation with production and other departments
• Maintain and update customer data
• Support various projects in other departments.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with experience in internal sales or a similar position
• Experience in retail and/or gastronomy
• Service and customer orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally an ERP system
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
