• Medical risk assessment of incoming VVG applications (new applications, increased insurance)
• Clarification of open questions regarding individual premium supplements and reservations
• Written and telephone customer contact regarding the review of our applications
• Medical clarifications with service providers
• Processing of incoming applications up to policy issuance

• You have a solid medical basic education and several years of experience in the commercial field
• You are characterized by analytical skills, interconnected thinking, and a strong enjoyment of customer contact
• Professional customer communication in German and French (native language)
• You work precisely, efficiently, and are resilient
