Due to the retirement of the long-standing incumbent, we are looking for an

Regional Education Officer 80-100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring, accompanying and further developing the quality of training in the assigned facilities
• Conducting site visits as well as advising and supporting trainers, education officers and managers on training matters (nursing and other professional fields)
• Training and, if necessary, intensive support of those responsible for vocational training and trainers at the locations
• Support in challenging situations with apprentices and students as well as cooperation with internal key departments, schools and education authorities
• Planning and conducting training sessions and experience exchanges in the field of vocational education, participating in apprentice events and contributing to regional career fairs
• Participation in projects to further develop the training of apprentices and students within Tertianum

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent, as well as solid experience in vocational education
• Ongoing or completed qualification at SVEB 2 level or equivalent
• Strong advisory, coaching and communication skills as well as enjoyment in supporting people in their development
• High social competence, resilience and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and structures
• Enjoyment of a varied activity with regular travel within the assigned region (GA travelcard provided)
• Very good German skills; ideally good to very good French skills in spoken and written form
