Customer Advisor: Advisory Team with Portfolio (m/f/d)
Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Basic advice on topics such as account opening, account management, standardised investment transactions, pension products and cards
- Planning and conducting customer meetings (including liquidity planning, investments, pensions and financing)
- Building your own customer portfolio with existing customers
- Support and advice for our spontaneous customers as well as triage to specialist advisors
- Initiating contact with existing and new customers on your own initiative
- Responsibility for the customer hall as well as working in the customer hall (reception, management of self-service devices and during promotions)
- Training apprentices or BEM interns in the customer hall
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship, have current practical experience in advising private customers and very good knowledge of basic services.
- You work very reliably and independently.
- You are friendly, open, positive and service-oriented.
- You enjoy actively approaching people and feel comfortable in direct customer contact.
- You like to take responsibility and look forward to your own customer portfolio.
- Ideally, you are already established in the market area around Reiden.
