To strengthen our team in Schafisheim, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as

Night Loading Manager (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for organising and coordinating goods receipt as well as the preparation and loading process
• Leadership and deployment planning of the loading team together with 6 team leaders
• Ensuring temperature-, timely- and efficient loading of goods
• Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Optimising processes and workflows in loading
• Careful handling, control and regular maintenance of the provided operating equipment (manual pallet trucks, industrial trucks) and infrastructure
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile

• Completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in food logistics
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of common IT systems in logistics
• Resilience, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
