Member of the Executive Board with Development Perspective to CEO
for Tomaro AG. After a thorough introduction by the long-standing managing director, you will take over overall responsibility in the medium term for the strategic and operational sustainable development of the company. You will manage financial planning including budget, cost, and investment management and actively participate in marketing planning and its implementation. In addition, you are responsible for the professional management and further development of the properties with a focus on full occupancy, value preservation, and targeted maintenance measures. As a personality with leadership potential and high social competence, you promote employees and corporate culture equally and create a motivating working environment. You represent the company confidently to tenants, investors, the board of directors, and external partners, drive innovations forward, and act solution-oriented and decisively even in demanding situations.
We are looking for a younger, ambitious, and entrepreneurial-minded individual with a business administration education at FH level or equivalent further training. You have initial professional experience, preferably bring as much real estate expertise as possible, enthusiasm for retail, and a good sense of people, numbers, and markets. Your structured and responsible working style with confident German and very good English skills complete your profile for this versatile key position.
