Your area of responsibility

You are a Product Manager by passion and love to build up and expand "your" brands in the market. You evaluate new products with a sure instinct, negotiate successfully on equal terms and maintain partnerships with foresight and entrepreneurial understanding. After a task- and product-specific induction, you will gradually take over "your" product portfolio. As a Product Manager

• you are responsible for achieving budget targets (sales, contribution margin) as well as the strategic and operational goals of the assortments and manufacturers in your area
• you conduct price negotiations and annual discussions with your suppliers and partners
• you create reports, action plans and roadmaps for the Swiss market
• you live out your creativity in product and channel marketing
• you act as a hub between the manufacturers and your colleagues in sales, accounting and warehouse
• you maintain a personal and partnership-based contact with your customers and suppliers and also like to participate in trade fairs and events
• you love being close to the market and evaluating and acquiring new manufacturers and suppliers and proving your sales qualities at trade fairs

Your profile

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with proven experience in a comparable position. You

• have a commercial or technical basic education
• have ideally already completed further training in purchasing, product management or business administration
• master target group-appropriate communication in German and English
• are used to working concentrated, keeping an overview and setting the right priorities
• are inspired by the market and try to anticipate developments yourself
• see yourself as a team player and know how to handle great freedoms and responsibilities
• think and act with conviction customer- and service-oriented
• enjoy success and take pleasure in celebrating it together with your team
