Your Tasks
- Support of the team leader in operational and strategic personnel controlling
- Preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements as well as external reporting obligations in healthcare (e.g. certificates, reports, hospital statistics)
- Preparation of internal personnel planning for all companies in the East and West regions
- Co-responsibility for the professional management of the team
- Preparation, analysis and further development of key figures, reports and forecasts
- Analysis, control and planning of personnel costs
- Support of management and personnel management in decision-making bases
- Optimisation of processes and controlling instruments
- Representation of the team leader during absence
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, controlling, personnel management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally in healthcare
- Initial experience in the professional guidance of employees is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Confident handling of MS Excel and common controlling tools
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
