Job Coach Inclusion Workplaces 50-70% (m/f/d)

As a Job Coach for Inclusion Workplaces, you accompany people with disabilities on their way to a sheltered workplace in the general labour market. You build bridges between employees and companies, promote sustainable employment relationships, and take on social service tasks. For our existing team of two Job Coaches, we are additionally looking for a from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- You advise and support people with disabilities in finding a suitable external workplace and assist them throughout the entire integration process
- You acquire inclusion workplaces in the general labour market and build and actively maintain a sustainable network with companies and employers
- You are the contact person for employers and promote sustainable and successful employment relationships
- You work interdisciplinarily with relatives, internal specialists, and external partners
- You carry out the necessary documentation, prepare reports, and take on administrative case management
Your profile
- Completed training in work pedagogy, social pedagogy, Supported Employment, or a comparable qualification
- Enjoy working with people as well as a respectful, resource- and solution-oriented attitude
- Enjoy winning companies for inclusive workplaces and building sustainable relationships
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident manner in contact with different stakeholders
- Strong organisational and administrative skills as well as a structured, independent way of working
