In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "makers" on construction sites and events. Customer Care Employee (80-100%).

Tasks

• Competent support of our customers by telephone, e-mail and other contact channels
• Information on products, services, orders and processes of MOBITOIL
• Processing and follow-up of customer concerns, complaints and enquiries
• Preparation of offers and invoices, maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, logistics and accounting
• Continuous optimisation of our service processes
• General assurance of high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in customer care, internal service or call centre is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, fluent French skills in spoken and written form
• High customer and service orientation with a pronounced quality awareness
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of responsibility
• Friendly, solution-oriented and confident manner
