Business Development Manager (m/f) - Recruitment Consulting Engineering & IT 80-100%

Area of responsibility

• You acquire placement assignments from new as well as existing clients and assist us in recruiting and selecting the suitable specialists (engineers, technicians, designers).
• In your role, you identify decision-makers (technical development managers, HR departments) at potential clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and convince them in telephone conversations as well as personal presentation appointments to collaborate with us.
• Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you ensure optimal and smooth cooperation both for your clients and the specialists you manage.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sales / recruitment consulting
• You enjoy sales and look forward to professionally and actively supporting our specialists
• You bring your strong drive for performance and success into the team with an entrepreneurial mindset, aiming to generate sustainable business growth
• Overall, you convince with self-confidence, diplomatic skill, sales talent and an independent working style
• You successfully apply your confident and professional manner in telephone and personal conversations at decision-maker level
• You speak fluent German/Swiss German. Good to business fluent English skills are an advantage.
• Your place of residence is in Switzerland
