Your Tasks
- In this role, you take on the personnel, organisational and professional leadership in a dual leadership model of the openly managed Psychotherapy Ward 2 with 20 beds.
- You continuously develop the nursing and treatment quality in line with economic requirements and together with the team.
- Team development and staff promotion on the ward are also part of your responsibilities.
- You participate in cross-departmental projects and actively shape the therapeutic milieu and processes on the ward.
- Networking and coordination of nursing within the framework of the key worker system and collaboration in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional treatment team are important to us.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition required for foreign diplomas), ideally with a focus on psychiatry. Experience in psychiatry or interest in specialising in this field is an advantage.
- You have several years of professional experience and preferably have already gained initial leadership experience, which you have deepened in leadership training or are willing to do so.
- You recognise problems, solve them with a view to the future and enjoy working interdisciplinarily and sustainably.
- You bring a high willingness to engage with the development of modern psychiatric treatment.
- As a resilient and open-minded personality, you convince with high social and communication skills and possess very good organisational talent.
