NPS24 AG is a respected security partner throughout the Swiss security industry.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for employees for the security service at the hospital area in Bern.

This position requires a willingness to work in a shift system.

You ensure compliance with safety regulations and rules.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Site and building surveillance
• Preventive presence
• Interventions
• Patient monitoring
• Monitoring compliance with our customers' safety regulations
• Guarding and inspections of buildings, parking garages and public spaces/meeting zones
• Electronic reporting
• Patrol services
• De-escalation in conflicts
• Mediation and building a sense of security for customers and their guests
• You are characterised by friendly and open communication and show understanding and respect for cultural and religious peculiarities.

Your Profile:

• German at least B2
• Impeccable reputation (mandatory current criminal record extract, to be attached to the application)
• Swiss citizenship or valid residence permit (B/C/S)
• Driving licence category B, own vehicle advantageous

• High sense of responsibility as well as independent and flexible working style
• Quick comprehension and technical understanding
• Good appearance, communicative strength and polite manners

• Self-defence training
• Willingness to work day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts
• Safe working in sensitive hospital environment
