Your Tasks
- Operational and strategic management of a Private Banking desk with responsibility for team, goals and results
- Active leadership, coaching and development of employees as well as ensuring effective performance management
- Promotion of a performance-oriented, trusting and customer-centred team culture
- Active participation in the Private Banking leadership team and shaping the further development of the entire division
- Responsibility for market development, acquisition and development of customer and market potentials
- Planning and control of sales activities, campaigns and strategic Private Banking initiatives
- Further development of advisory, sales and specialist skills within the team
- Selective management of a portfolio of demanding clients
Our Requirements
- Completed banking or business administration training or further education at HF, FH or university level
- Several years of successful experience in advising demanding Private Banking clients
- Proven leadership experience and strong ambition to take on a modern leadership role
- Demonstrated competence in coaching, employee development and target management
- In-depth knowledge of investment and securities business as well as financing and pension areas
- Very good market knowledge of the Zug economic region and neighbouring areas
- Entrepreneurial thinking, conceptual strength and strong result orientation
- Inspiring and trustworthy personality with high customer and sales orientation
- Strategic thinking, willingness to shape and strong sense of responsibility
- Confident German skills as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
