Secondary School Teachers with Special Responsibilities Biology 160%

The Kantonsschule Zürich Nord operates a long and a short gymnasium with all profiles offered in the canton of Zurich and the bilingual Matura diplomas German/English and German/French as well as a specialized middle school. It has around 2,200 students, 300 teachers, 50 central services staff, and eight school principals who contribute to the successful daily running of the school. Since this school year, KZN has been located on the Irchel campus.

Your tasks

At the beginning of the autumn semester 2026/27, positions as secondary school teachers with special responsibilities are to be filled at KZN:

Biology (160%)

Part-time positions are possible, the minimum workload is 60%.

Your profile

You have a completed university degree in the teaching subject as well as the teaching diploma for Matura schools or an equivalent professional and pedagogical education. You bring sufficient teaching experience at the gymnasium level and are motivated to take on additional tasks as a secondary school teacher with special responsibilities within the framework of class and school management. It is an advantage if you have completed the additional training for immersion German/English.
