The municipality of Ingenbohl is located on Lake Lucerne with a unique view of the lake basin and the surrounding mountains, offering a high quality of life for its approximately 9,500 residents. At the Ingenbohl community school, around 610 students are currently taught by about 70 teachers in 8 kindergartens and 25 primary school classes. Our offerings include a two-year kindergarten and primary level with integrative support, as well as integrated special education, gifted education, and school social work. Your impact with us
- Responsibility for operational school management in collaboration with the overall school management
- Leadership of Cycle 1 in pedagogical, personnel, and organizational areas
- Participation in quality, teaching, and school development
- Collaboration with teachers, school management team, school secretariat, and parents
- Representation of the school internally and externally
Your qualifications
- Training as a kindergarten or primary school teacher with several years of teaching experience
- Completed or started school leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment of a challenging leadership role in the school environment and close teamwork in various teams
- High resilience, organizational skills, and flexibility as well as an independent, resource- and solution-oriented working style
- High social and self-competence and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
