Social Pedagogue Housing (workload selectable between 50-90%)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work as a reference person
- Close coordination with the team for a common care-educational attitude, the design of everyday life, and ensuring the quality of care
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and preparing professional reports for offices and authorities

- Degree as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH
- Joy and professional experience in accompanying and developing people as a matter of the heart
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
