Your activities

help customers use digital channels (for example, e-banking service, Valiant mobile app or One app)
identify potential opportunities to offer complementary products and services

You have

a completed basic training in the service sector
knowledge of French and German
a helpful, sociable, patient and solution-oriented personality
a sense of contact, advice and sales
