What you can achieve:
- Responsible for efficient order processing as well as administrative support of sales and service activities
- Creation and tracking of offers, maintenance of customer and order data, preparation of reports and evaluations, as well as ensuring high data and document quality
- Close cooperation with customers and internal interfaces to ensure smooth information and process flow
- Furthermore, the role acts as an important interface between customers, sales, service and other internal departments to ensure smooth information flow, timely processing of enquiries and high customer satisfaction
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or comparable training with relevant professional experience in an administrative, customer-oriented or sales-related function
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively, combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- High organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage several topics simultaneously
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and routine use of MS Office applications
- Strong service and customer orientation, combined with a solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills. Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form (C1 level)
