ARCHITECT (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Senior Architect / Project Manager for demanding national and international architecture and interior design projects. You will accompany projects holistically through the SIA phases 21-53, combining design aspirations with sound constructive and technical understanding. In addition to architectural work, you will take on the design leadership and project coordination and work closely with clients, authorities, as well as internal and external specialist planners. The focus is on high-quality architecture, interior design, and detailed solutions using modern BIM and 3D planning methods.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and handling of demanding architecture and interior design projects in national and international contexts
Project handling through the SIA phases 21-53 from planning to realisation
Assuming design leadership and ensuring architectural quality
Development of high-quality construction, material, and detail solutions
Creation and further development of project, execution, and detail plans
Model-based project handling with ArchiCAD 3D and BIM
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, interior design, structural engineering, and building services
Leadership and coordination of the internal project team as well as external specialist planners and experts
Direct collaboration with clients, authorities, and other project participants
Review of planning regarding feasibility, construction, design, and execution quality
Support of approval procedures and coordination with the responsible authorities
Support of projects during execution and realisation until completion
Qualifications:
University degree in Architecture FH/ETH/University or comparable education
At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture in Switzerland
Solid experience in handling projects across several SIA phases
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD, BIM, and 3D planning
Strong understanding of construction, detailing, materials, and high-quality architecture
Experience in coordinating clients, authorities, and specialist planners
Very good German language skills spoken and written
