Brief & concise
- Completed training in hotel management
- Experience in a similar position in a comparable luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills and team spirit
- Excellent English skills and at least one other language (German or French)
- Confident, professional, and authentic appearance – also in written communication
- Very good knowledge of the local culture and offerings is a great advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of all processes at reception and the concierge desk
- High organisational talent and structured working method
- Sensitivity to situations and people – anticipating and acting accordingly
Main tasks
- Active support and confident representation of the Chief Concierge
- Taking responsibility for the team at the concierge desk in the absence of the Chief Concierge
- Efficient organisation and reliable execution of all internal and external guest requests
- Competent contact person for guests regarding all concerns and challenges
- Secure management of mail and monitoring of fire alarm systems
- Timely forwarding of incoming guest messages
- Sale of hotel services as well as fulfilling individual special requests with the utmost discretion
- Ensuring smooth operation in the concierge area – both operationally and personnel-wise
- Professional and solution-oriented handling of guest complaints
- Strict implementation of hotel-specific standards and the quality management system (AMS)
- Consistent adherence to and implementation of the standards of the Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Independent processing and coordination of all reservations (tee times, taxis, external restaurants, etc.)
