What you will achieve
Do you enjoy cybersecurity and analysing complex security incidents? Do you easily switch between operational and analytical tasks and like working in cross-functional teams? Then you are right with us, strengthen our growing and dynamic cybersecurity team.
- Analysis and handling of cybersecurity incidents in collaboration with our SOC provider and internal teams
- Conducting post-mortem analyses, creating KPIs and status reports
- Development of incident response playbooks
- Conducting vulnerability scans, assessing technical vulnerabilities and coordinating their handling
- Research on new vulnerabilities and threats and identifying measures to improve capabilities to avoid and detect attacks
- Evaluation and optimisation of security tools, including vulnerability scanning and security monitoring
- Participation in the development of protection concepts and technical guidelines
What you bring
- Completed education in computer science, information security/cybersecurity or a related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a security operations role, especially in dealing with incidents and vulnerabilities
- Broad expertise in security technologies (EDR, SIEM, CTI) and frameworks (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND, NIST CSF)
- Solid knowledge in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networks, as well as basics in scripting and automation
- Good knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft Defender Suite is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for familiarising yourself with new areas of responsibility as well as a tech-savvy and curious personality
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams
- Very good German language skills and good English skills, French language skills are an advantage
