- Independent management of smaller projects and sub-projects as well as involvement in larger undertakings such as conversions, expansions, and optimisations
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Maintaining documentation and using digital tools and FM systems
What you bring
- Completed technical, craft, or operational basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training in facility management, building services, or operational maintenance
- Mandatory professional experience in technical building management or infrastructure operations of an industrial, production, logistics, or automation company
- Several years of leadership experience of a technical operations, infrastructure, or facility management team in an industrial or production environment
- Experience in project work; initial experience in managing smaller projects or sub-projects is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality as well as a reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Confident use of digital tools and FM systems
- Fluent German language skills and impeccable reputation
- Willingness for on-call and standby duties as well as high presence on-site at the Willisau (approx. 90%) and Mägenwil (approx. 10%) locations; corresponding willingness to travel is expected
