Agogical Management Living 70–100 %

You act in an advisory, de-escalating and quality-optimising manner in exchange with the teams. As a member of the agogical specialist team, you professionally develop the offer and quality on the basis of the agogical mandate, the self- and co-determination of people with disabilities and their inclusion.

• Professional advice and support of the assistance teams on agogical issues
• Organisation and moderation of client meetings, intervisions and crisis talks
• Processing of reports on boundary-violating behaviour according to the Graubünden standard
• Ensuring and further development of agogical quality standards, processes and professional competences, as well as reporting to the management
• Member of the expert committee for the further development of inpatient and outpatient services
• Management of projects for service and quality development
• Cooperation with volunteers and volunteer organisations
• Direct management of a small team of agogical professionals
• Review of resident candidate dossiers and IBB classifications

• Degree in social pedagogy or social work at HF/FH level or related qualifications
• Experience in supporting and advising people with support needs
• Enjoy advising, coaching and further developing the skills of employees professionally
• Interest in project, concept and quality work as well as interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of the IBB classification
• Openness to help shape new ways in assistance and inclusion

• Office working hours, no shift or weekend duties
