Legal Officer Criminal & Measures Enforcement

File study: You analyse enforcement cases based on court files and conduct enforcement coordination meetings with convicted persons and work partners. You plan the enforcement of custodial sentences and therapeutic measures for convicted offenders.

Issuing orders: You draft decisions on enforcement releases, prepare statements for the courts and submit applications related to proceedings for the issuance of subsequent judicial decisions, representing these personally in court. You process submissions from convicted persons and their legal representatives and maintain contact with various authorities, courts and professionals from different disciplines.

Evaluations: You coordinate the entire enforcement process and, in cooperation with institutions, are responsible for evaluating the course of enforcement.

Obtaining expert opinions: You assess the risk of recidivism. In this context, you obtain forensic psychiatric progress reports and statements from the responsible expert commission.

Experience: You have professional experience, ideally in the field of penal enforcement, criminal prosecution or at the court.

Personality: You have an interest in forensics and criminal law. You work efficiently and precisely, communicate skilfully and appropriately for the audience. Responsibility, enjoyment of precise work and high social competence complete your profile.

Education: You have a completed law degree (lic. iur. or MLaw).

Language: You have a quick grasp, assertiveness as well as interest and willingness for further training in the field. You can express yourself very well in written and spoken German and have very good PC skills.
