Your Tasks

• • You take over the team leadership of the STUDER Service Academy & Support with a total of 7 employees and ensure the training and further education of our service staff and international representatives.
  • You also ensure a smooth process in the Customer Care Support process.
  • Together with your team, you develop, maintain and implement target group-specific training modules that effectively combine theory and practice.
  • You actively drive the digitalisation of our learning formats – for example, by designing video tutorials and time-independent e-learning offerings.
  • You coordinate and organise all training – from scheduling the instructors, room and material availability to successful implementation.
  • You ensure that our service technicians are always equipped with the right equipment and necessary special tools – including management, provision and return.
  • Through active knowledge management, you ensure that learning content remains up to date and is adapted to new requirements.

Your Qualifications

• • You have completed a technical basic education with further qualification in adult education, mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • You have several years of experience in designing and conducting training and further education programmes for technical specialists – ideally in the field of mechanical engineering or the machine tool industry.
  • You bring a strong affinity for knowledge transfer as well as for developing and implementing digital and practice-oriented learning methods.
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications is essential for this position.
  • Furthermore, you convince with pronounced communication skills, assertiveness and high social competence.
  • Initiative, independent working and high flexibility complete your profile.
