The ICT department proactively leads the Ospelt Group through digital transformation. With modern technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce and other intelligent automation solutions, we create innovative digital workplaces and efficient business processes.
For the Client Application Support (CAS) team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced leader with technical know-how, innovative spirit and enthusiasm for developing people and technologies for the role of Team Leader Client Application Support (CAS) 100% (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the Client Application Support (CAS) team
- Further development of IT Service Management and our service processes based on Salesforce Agentforce
- Optimisation and automation of business processes such as onboarding, offboarding as well as user and permission management
- Further development of the Digital Workplace with a focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI Agents
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of client, workplace and standard applications
- Management of ICT projects as well as coordination of external partners and service providers
Profile
- Several years of practical and leadership experience in the ICT environment
- Sound knowledge in the area of Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365 and Client Management
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, automation solutions and digital workplaces
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ideally ITIL experience
- Experience in analysing, digitising and optimising business processes
- Innovative, communicative and assertive personality with a strong customer orientation
- Willingness for occasional IT on-call duty
