For our client, an established and dynamic real estate company with a manageable, well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as a Property Manager.

In this versatile role, you will independently manage the commercial and technical administration of an assigned real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties (rental properties and condominium ownership). You will comprehensively oversee the properties and ensure professional, efficient, and profit-oriented management.

Type of Work

• Independent management of a portfolio of rental properties consisting of residential and commercial units
• Independent management of a smaller condominium ownership portfolio
• Organisation and conduct of owners' meetings as well as implementation of resolutions
• Regular communication with property owners and preparation of reports
• Tenant support and professional handling of all tenant changes
• Conducting initial and re-lettings
• Screening of prospective tenants and preparation of tenancy agreements
• Processing terminations and implementing rent adjustments
• Conducting viewings
• Acceptance and handover of properties
• Contact person for caretakers and tenants
• Checking heating and ancillary cost statements
• Invoice verification
• Monitoring rent payments as well as dunning and debt collection
• Budget planning and ongoing cost control
• Coordination and supervision of repairs, service orders, and minor renovations
• Handling insurance claims
• Conclusion, monitoring, and termination of service and maintenance contracts

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in the real estate sector
• Ideally, you have a specialised further education
• Experience in condominium ownership
• Your mother tongue is German or you have an excellent level
• You are between 25 and 45 years old
• You are a social, team-oriented, committed, and skilled negotiator
