To complement our LIFE-CYCLE MANAGEMENT in the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a qualified and dynamic mechanic for exciting tasks in the area of Aftersales & Warranty Processing as an interface between office and service.

You have completed a technical education – for example as an automotive mechatronics technician – are tired of the workshop and would like to use your know-how in administrative customer service in the future? With us, you have the opportunity to take the next step. In our lifecycle management team, you will take on administrative tasks, process warranty cases and support customer enquiries.

Your Tasks

• Assisting with maintaining and creating technical Excel lists (e.g. maintenance plan)
• Creating project evaluations
• Ensuring warranty processing in cooperation with suppliers
• Assisting with creating complex cost calculations (including reporting)
• Checking and coding invoices
• Creating technical documentation for customers in the area of aftersales (e.g. service and training concepts)
• Processing warranty claims
• Responding to customer enquiries
• General administrative tasks

Our Requirements

• Basic technical training (preferably in the automotive industry) with commercial or technical further education
• Good command of German is essential (French and English are an advantage)
• Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High communication skills and independence
• Good manners and a flawless appearance
