As part of an exclusive mandate, we are looking for a committed individual for a Swiss insurance company to start immediately or by arrangement as a Junior/Senior/Expert Pension Advisor (m/f/d) (80-100%). • You will advise your clients comprehensively and competently in the areas of retirement provision, income protection and asset planning.
• You will develop individual and professionally sound pension solutions tailored to the personal needs and life situations of your clients.
• You will maintain existing customer relationships sustainably and continuously expand your personal network in a targeted manner.
• You will identify market and business potentials early, actively acquire new clients and use your network purposefully to further expand your client base.
• You will prepare individual offers, competently accompany your clients until contract conclusion and ensure structured, efficient and reliable administration.

• You have several years of practical experience in the pension sector and possess sound knowledge in customer consulting.
• Further training or qualifications such as IAF, financial planner or a comparable education are advantageous.
• Alternatively, with appropriate professional experience, a completed VBV certificate is also a suitable qualification.
• You are communicative, entrepreneurial in thinking and customer-oriented. You work independently, goal-oriented and gladly take on responsibility.
• With your professional and convincing manner, you build trust and enjoy personally advising and accompanying clients in the long term.
