Trainer/Instructor 40-60%

Your Tasks

You accompany and support our apprentices in their professional everyday life
You conduct various educational and location meetings
You organize learning days
You conduct competency assessments
You administer the practical exam of the apprentices
You are a role model in professional, methodological, and social respects
You gladly take responsibility for our apprentices

What You Bring

Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
Trainer certificate is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
Being proud of your important, meaningful, and versatile profession
Joy in being part of a team and "closer to people"
