APPLICATION MANAGER 90% - 100% (M/F)

YOUR MISSION

As Application Manager, you take technical responsibility for a portfolio of critical applications within the information system of healthcare institutions in the canton of Neuchâtel.

You ensure the stability, performance, security and scalability of the solutions you manage. As a technical referent, you master their architecture, dependencies and integrations, and oversee their lifecycle in collaboration with the infrastructure, security and integration teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a recognised degree in Information Technologies (University, University of Applied Sciences or Higher Technical School) or equivalent training.
• Significant experience in managing and operating critical applications.
• Mastery of application architectures, integration (ESB, API, data flows) and management of environments, dependencies between systems.
• Knowledge of security, performance and high availability standards.
• Experience with tracking, monitoring and application lifecycle management tools.
• Strong skills in relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Good knowledge of Linux environments (scripting, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge of DevOps environments and CI/CD practices is an asset.
