A responsible role with plenty of scope for design in a
supportive and interprofessional environment awaits you!
In the role of Senior Psychologist, you take on a central role in the professional management of a psychotherapeutic department. You work closely in the triadic management with the medical and nursing management and contribute significantly to the quality and further development of psychotherapeutic treatments. You also take on tasks for the Clinical Psychological Service: you lead a psychotherapeutic group and other therapies (e.g., psychoeducation, mindfulness, nature-based therapies, ASSIP, etc.). Furthermore, you are involved in the professional guidance and supervision of psychologists, doctors, and nursing professionals. A varied activity with high personal responsibility in a collegial and professional environment awaits you.
And above all: you are a committed, reflective, and empathetic personality with joy in interprofessional collaboration. You meet patients, relatives, and employees with respect and appreciation and actively contribute to the team. Promoting and further training employees is close to your heart, and you know how to pass on your knowledge and empower others.
This is what you can expect from us
